The undulating terrain of the SHHM can be your advantage if you start and train well.

The course is hilly and is challenging but who says that we runners like it easy? You are a runner who will conquer it in style and we think we can help you get there.

If you are a beginner and want to get to the finish line, it does not have to be difficult and painful.
If you are an experienced runner and want to upgrade your finisher medal, it does not have to be difficult.

We believe in training and eating systematically and if you are ready to commit to it, we invite you to join a training program suitable to you.

Who should not join this program: if you are looking for a hack or magic to happen without committing to train, recover and eat well, you may not want to enroll into this program. We would like to work with you if you are ready!
